We are excited to announce that as part of our continued efforts to grow
and enhance the prosperity offered to our investors and stakeholders, Giavest™ Capital Mortgage
Investment Corporation will be changing its name. We are proud to introduce our new name:
CareVest® Core Mortgage Investment Corporation.
This change will be effective March 24, 2025.
From the Giavest™ Capital Mortgage Investment Corporation’s inception, member entities
of the CareVest® Group, including Carecana™ Management Corp., Carecana™ Settlement
Corp., CVC™ Market Point Inc. and CareVest® Capital Inc., have been integral in managing,
lending the funds of and selling shares of Giavest™ Capital Mortgage Investment
Corporation. It feels right to change our name at this time to fully align ourselves
with the professionalism and legacy of the CareVest® Group. We look forward to our
continued close relationship with the CareVest® Group and will continue to do our best
at generating prosperity for our investors.
